30-day return requests
Contact Auto Max Parts Corp within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging with included components. Obtain return instructions before sending a package.
Return shipping
For a change of mind or an incorrectly selected part, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we supplied the wrong item or an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with the order details and photos so we can arrange the appropriate resolution and return-shipping instructions.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing time can vary. We do not impose an automatic restocking fee under this preview policy.
